Sherwood sacked

Sherwood needs to go and learn in another league.

He's so raw as a manager. His only managerial jobs have been in the hardest league in the world where there's incredible media scrutiny. I think that's too much to ask of any young manger really. Dropping down to a good Championship club for a few years and getting them promoted would be great experience for him.

Sherwood now needs to manage in another league. Even the likes of Klopp, Mourinho and Pellegrini wouldn't have been able to cope if their first managerial job was in the hardest league in the world.

Based on what? Brenda hasnt won anything he can hardly call himself elite, Villa are a very big club, where do you think he should go?

Villa are bottom of the table and are in a relegation battle every season. Rogers' level is easily around Spurs in other words a team battling for the europa league places.

Villa are as big a club as Spurs and are bigger than Southampton who are in the Europa league this year. Just because they havent been challenging in the last few seasons this doesnt take away from the size of the club, that was in the top 6 not long ago and was regular Europa league contenders for a few years under O'Neill and has won the European Cup in the past. Their attendances are as big as those in the top half, despite being served up shite to watch.

Rogers has won nothing, he has achieved very little in his management career, he was lucky to get the Liverpool job, who are a Europa league club now themselves and he failed there in any case. Rogers would be lucky to get a Premier League club next.

His ego wont allow him to manage a Brentford,Cheivo or Real Betis.
