Surprised there's been no real mean mention of the glass that would have fallen from the smashed windows as he was about to start shooting. I haven't read anything at all about anybody who walked by at the time or whatever. I know it wouldn't have prevented anything but i just found it odd that it there's very little reference to it.

A quick point on the glazing....at that height it should have been toughened/laminated curtain walling system.Could it have fallen on a flat roof, and so not be noticeable?
