It really is out of hand. There is a video circulating (won't post) of a man lying on the ground with his hand cut off. Apparently he tried to stop rioters from burning his car!

Explosive materials, burning down buildings with people in it, some of the footage is truly horrific to watch. It looks like a full-on war zone.
