Not a chance a reduction will happen. A price freeze as a token gesture next season before another few hikes is my prediction. The club couldn't care less about long standing fans no matter how much some want to believe it.
Unfortunately, correct.

West Ham dont have Platini, Gill and everybody 'outraged' in football breathing down their necks and will likely never have the opportunity to comply with UEFA 'fair' play rules.

Ridiculous premiss of course they shouldn't reduce prices we are already miles behind our rivals in match day revenue.

As people drop out because of cost other people with more money will take their place that is modern football like it or lump it

The fans want the best players and unfortunately they cost and with FFP hanging over us like the Sword of Damocles we need to drive up match day revenue not reduce them

easy cop out to blame FFP the club have got greedy and pricing out lifelong fans, absolutely detestable behavior and a complete disregard to loyal fans who propped the club up in the bad times

I now feel more and more distant from the club and am not far from jacking it all in

thats a good attitude to have ' tough if your priced out'. lets just have all the long standing fans priced out then ?

ffp is an excuse. the club are being greedy. the sky revenue alone covers all the ticket revenue easily. sagnas wages probably do.

I'd accept a long-term price freeze now like what United have done. Reductions won't happen unless the bubble bursts, but a price freeze then a few thousand more £299-£450 STs with the North Stand expansion should cater to people of different income levels.

I'm sorry but if you can't afford £30 a month for 10 months then football (and life in general) has priced you out, not the club.

I think that it's more a case of season ticket holders being priced out of their existing seats rather than being priced out of the stadium.
An "ethnic cleansing" of longstanding fans into "cheaper seats" is underway. Whether that is a price worth paying for success or even
if it's necessary depends upon each individual's viewpoint. My view is if that is what is required to be successful then so be it but I don't
think it's necessary.Increasing our match day revenue (which is low by elite club standards) appears to be one of Soriano's main targets.
