should the final be switched to old trafford?

We all know that the Semis should be neutral ground and Wembley for finals only but no chance. They will always come up with excuses at the FA, i am sure they said they wanted it back at 3 on the final day, well lets see next season. Any bets they say have to play early as players will be flying away preparing for World Cup Finals.
Ps Nice to meet you at The Green Man De Niro

Lol get out his ass you brown nosed twat!

wembley holds 85k old trafford 76k. on the doorstep for both teams. with a
5-15 ko its madness to have all those fans travel 200 miles and struggle to get back.

The rags travel from London to Manchester around 30 times a season,if we include the League,Champions League and FA Cup,and i never hear they complain about it,so im sure we can manage a few trips down to London as well.

Not now, I've just booked my bloody hotel

exactly my point. we have to realistictly add a hotel bill to our day out, and for what? to have a ko time to suit the big wigs who are wadded.
Not trying to be an "I'm alright Jack", but if you are staying over on Saturday night it really doesn't matter what time the kick off is
However I do take the point that for those wanting to use the train the kick off is a nightmare
Having said that all the cheap train fares had already gone before our game against Chelsea had even kicked off

It's OK, HS2 isn't far off. That will get you to Wembley in 60 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly

The reasons away days are always good is the travelling, drinking and piss taking that always goes on.

Finals should always be played at Wembley. Except the community shield because, well, that is just a fucking money grabbing piss take.

I'll be toast before that happens

The idea is bang on, but the money men who need to pay for the rip off that is the Wembley build costs will say no all day long.

Yes , the original idea makes good financial sense for the fans of the two clubs concerned , and is an excellent one ......

and yes , the idea's a definite non starter with an FA who see Wembley Stadium as their 'baby' that must be fed!
