Should we all stop eating McDonalds and stop drinking Pepsi? This is a serious question.

Yep, this is sure to make Putin think again.

Who’s next? Subway?
But it does. Like I’ve said, every single bit of disruption we can cause in Russia and gain as many dissenters to the war in Russia as possible, the better.

There have been factories that have gone on strike because they aren’t getting paid. If we can gather more momentum for strikes rather than just protests, that can really have an effect there.

Lol Russians won’t be able to buy anything soon. McDonalds being open or shut will be far down on their agenda of concerns.

Franchises wouldn’t be able to buy the food anyway. It’s a pointless campaign.

PL pulled out rather than Russia boycotting it wasn’t it?
Ah right, the way I heard it on the news then was that they are to stop showing the Prem after our pro-Ukraine demos, but I was reading on here at the same time.

Yes and yes , we as a public need to overide the cunts we have in downing street and show them what people power looks like
Only on a day when a match isn't on though, or it's family takeaway night.

Other than that we should march on Parliament and demand more ethical burgers and soft drinks.

It’s the symbolism of it. You know what the general public are like here, I’m certain it’s no different over there. You get McDonalds, the Premier League, Coca Cola, Apple etc. to stop trading there and you’ll get an irrational upset across the general public.

You could imagine what it’d be like here if we were at war with America and they and they pulled all those things out of Britain…

“People are dying? Meh”… “There’ll be no more McDonald's? Right, that’s the last straw!”

It definitely is the symbolism of it, but not in Russia. It’s for the twitterati.
