Should we keep RM whatever happens this season. Yes or no?

Whatever happens ?

No.

If Mourinho wants the job this summer, the owners should give it to him because he's the best in the business. That's no slight on Mancini because he without question deserves another season in charge, but ultimately I want what's best for City, and it's hard to argue against Mourinho being our manager being what is best for the club over the next five years.

Yes. He has to be allowed to rectify his mistakes after his first and only title challenge with us.

I don't often point out right or wrongs in people's posts but anyone who says he should be sacked are wrong on this one.

You have to be able to be given the opportunity to improve on something if you only have been given one chance at it. In ten years time if we are like Chelsea having sacked six managers and have dropped from title challengers to a six placed club we will be failing as a club. Sacking managers frequently is a recipe for decline.

Success is built on stability, consistency and reliability...sacking managers brings none of this.

-- Sat Mar 31, 2012 8:33 am --

100% yes, brought our first trophy in his second term and league title this year and if not definately next.
We won the FA Cup in his first full term.

It's not even that I'm a huge fan of Mancini because there are a lot of things I disagree with that he does and there are a few things I don't like about him. So it's not like I'm this huge Mancini fan neither.
