We don't need Cavani, or Sahin. They'd be ludicrous signings with Nasri, Silva, the forwards we have. But we do need to keep our best players, and surely mancini has some say in that? Mancini leaving Sampdoria had nothing to do with their being 'no money' about. He left because Sampdoria hadn't won anything for 5 years and were beginning to decline. He joined Lazio to add a few more medals to his career before he retired.
