1. Last time he was here we didn't have the quality around him, would be world class with the quality we currently have in the squad
2. Gareth barry would be the one to make way for the home games to allow the full attacking force to be unveiled. Bench for away games as Silva would defo start before him

No,Wlishere will stay at Aresenal,besides Parker is a bad comparison,in a team of mine,he would start every game over Yaya,Barry or Milner.Parker has much more to his game - a complete midfielder.
