Why would you enter into a 12 months contract from July when you don't need to be there?

They can't evict this year until 23rd August anyway as it has been extended 2 months. Wait until December and see what is available.

How would that landlady you were shagging a few years ago have managed it?

The landlord evicted two and a further four moved out over bill money going on drugs. The main culprit wasn’t even a student. He was engaged to my housemate and turned up after he’d been released from prison.

I remember getting home from Jilly’s Rock World one night and the three girls were sitting up in the front room having a girly night. As I was feeling saucy then I insisted on goodnight kisses from each. It was both cheeks with the first two but the Crewe nymph stuck her tongue down my gob and then put my hand on her tit. Every man in that house fucked her at one point. Absolute slut.

Oh dear, they drove my parents out of our family home of over 60 + years. When the elderly neighbour next door passed away the students moved in. Over the years they would party all through the night, light fires in the back yard in the middle of the night, urinate in the back entry, shoot at the family cat with a pellet gun... need I go on. You my friend have been very lucky. I doubt most parents of these students haven't got a fucking clue what there little darlings are getting up to...

Sounds more like you were incredibly unlucky. I've lived on a mainly student road most of my life and never had any significant problems. Some years you get a slightly loud bunch, some years you get annoying ones who like having garden parties and playing the 3 songs they know on the acoustic guitar repeatedly, one year we had an absolute shagger next door who was pretty loud! (fair play to him tbf, frequently multiple ladies could be heard through the wall). But most of the time, they are barely even noticed.

Students generally only stay there one year, maybe two, so to keep getting antisocial ones to the point where you move out is very unfortunate. Probably reflects very poorly on the landlord who keeps renting to scum as well
