Sounds more like you were incredibly unlucky. I've lived on a mainly student road most of my life and never had any significant problems. Some years you get a slightly loud bunch, some years you get annoying ones who like having garden parties and playing the 3 songs they know on the acoustic guitar repeatedly, one year we had an absolute shagger next door who was pretty loud! (fair play to him tbf, frequently multiple ladies could be heard through the wall). But most of the time, they are barely even noticed.
Students generally only stay there one year, maybe two, so to keep getting antisocial ones to the point where you move out is very unfortunate. Probably reflects very poorly on the landlord who keeps renting to scum as well
Cant always blame the landlord... image being 18, first time with the shackles off, in 'your' own flat and mummy and daddy have just driven off in their Volvo.....Wooooo hooooo, Jagermiester anyone !!!!

She sounds great. Did you nail her?The landlord evicted two and a further four moved out over bill money going on drugs. The main culprit wasn’t even a student. He was engaged to my housemate and turned up after he’d been released from prison.
I remember getting home from Jilly’s Rock World one night and the three girls were sitting up in the front room having a girly night. As I was feeling saucy then I insisted on goodnight kisses from each. It was both cheeks with the first two but the Crewe nymph stuck her tongue down my gob and then put my hand on her tit. That isn't actually ever really true though, first year you are invariably in halls of residence, so it would be 19 year olds in their second year away from mummy and daddy, or third years who are generally working too hard to be much mither.
