Hopefully it will shut a few clowns up who I have heard slagging him off and obviously saw very little of him before he came to us.

Silva is going to be an excellent acquisition for the club.

I think the most impressive aspect about his cameo today was how much more we looked a 'balanced' team. He seems to be the link between Milner/Barry/Dejong and Carlos and it seemed to work wonders when he was brought on.

Then, ofcourse, there was that special goal.

It is just great to see a player of Silva's class in a City shirt. Yaya and Silva must be starters every time and either De Jong or Barry left out.....no question.

already mentioned blackpool playing well on another thread,saying if they play like that every week they will be safe,but we didn't play well until silva came on,but im not complaining three points roll on arsenal next week....
