I'd use that data in my lunch hour.

I don't bother buying data anymore as there is free WiFi in so many places nowadays,
I can up it at any time (no need to wait till current months tariff ends) for £12 I'd get 2gb 3g or 4g, the other reason I don't need to spend a lot is my kids are also on giffgaff so calls & text to them are free, also 0800 numbers are free.

one last thing about giffgaff, if your willing to spend a hour or two on there forum each week helping out newbies you get given points, and twice a year they convert those points into £££, last year I made £78 for not a lot of work.

Anyone know what the best deals are around at the moment for sim only?

Currently on EE. We've got 3 mobiles and I think we're each paying @£20 pm getting 16g data, free texts and European calls. Is this still a good deal?

After much negotiating and haggling, we've just signed up for (3 phones) 20gb data, European roaming, unlimited texts etc... £16 pm. inc vat.

Seems alright... We can give each other any data between ourselves as well.

think he had that deal last year with 12 mnth Sky or netflix

i know Virgin are doing 45gb for £18pm. Which sounds very good, but we have a caravan on the Llyn peninsular and the EE 4g signal is bang on, so didn't really want to swap networks just in case it cocked us up at the caravan.

Virgin use EE's network IIRC.
