sink/council estates

I loved the council estate I grew up on. there were some proper rum cunts on it though and by christ I took some beatings at times but it was probably the only time in my life I have lived somewhere and felt part of a community. I knew nearly everyones name and everyone knew me. I could go out and play with my mates and as long as we were there the parents knew we were watched over and safe. Now I have lived in the same house for 2 and a half years and I dont know a single persons name

Have you ever known your neighbours in London? I've had the same family next door to me and they're very good but almost everyone else is unknown.

We lived on Harpenden St in Moss Side and there was a bombed croft at the end of the road where gypsies used to camp regularly. They used to knock on the door for a tin bath full of water. For years my mum told me I had been left on the doorstep by the gypsies - believed it too - cruel woman!

But yeah everyone on that street looked out for each other borrowing this and that the old cup of sugar etc

One or two can't tell the different between working class and underclass. Most of us did work when manual and unskilled jobs were out there. I'd hate to be unemployed there now.

My pedigree dog uses the toilet where she desires, I obviously pick her excrement up! You don't have to worry about where you walk in my neck of the woods.

Where exactly is your 'neck of the woods' ?

Brooklands?

Underclasses should be euthanized via a brick to the face tbh.
We would be fixing a social issue and provide work for the building material sector.

Tweet me your best suggestions to #inittogether or #daveisyourgodnow

anyone left on these after the age of 25 should be asked why they are still there. If they haven't got a reasonable answer, they should be made to fix Roads, paint fences ect.
Aren't we the snobby twat.

Took me 24 years to escape, hate them. Now I rent in a higher class area it's great! I can walk my dog round the block, chat with like minded people, Alot more relaxed.

Your parents must be so proud of you.

It takes a special kind of person to make it in this world when the odds are stacked against you.

You are obviously a high achieving go-getter with great ambition. Well done you!
