A signature type banner you can have at the end of each post.
An avatar.
A profile page where you can post info etc.
A quick reply option where it's just a pop-up to reply not sending you to a new page.

I don't think I'd change anything with the interface tbh.
Sigs/avatars clutter up the forum, and after about a week everyone gets sick of seeing them. And embeded Youtube vids can be a pest for those trying to access the site from work.
And we already have profile pages.

I think the only thing that needs changing is making it about 25 posts per page as opposed to 10.
