If you get a championship where the top 2 teams end up 4&1, then surely the head to head result between the two should be the key criterion for who comes top(?).

All that needed to be said was congratulations England, not shout from the top of the pub that "FRANCE WILL BEAT YOU" :)
England missed, I think x3 kicks so could have been well clear of Ireland. A little credit to England and the way they played and were better than Ireland on the day.They’ve just won the World Cup going by the celebrations why didn’t they play like that in the other games,to be fair Ireland were poor by their standards and give away 2 pens in the final seconds unlike them ..
