we are off to italy in feb, can't wait.

we miss the liverpool away game but so what :)

Not sure I will be going anywhere this winter :(

Booking flights this weekend. Probably just book the flights Liverpool > Geneva then book resort and accommodation closer to the time of going, snow depending. Looking at flying out Tuesday 27th Jan for 5 nights. Thinking of either Tignes/Val D'Isere or La Plagne/Les Arc as I haven't been to either of these ski areas.

If the child is an outgoing type then right away. They need to mix with the rest of the class. Perfect age to learn.

Saying that we live approx one and half hours from the sierra nevada and I still haven't been.will do it this year.

tignes and val D isere are awesome. I have been lucky enough to ski a fair few places, inc the rockies and this was the best skiing ever. i'm a lot older now and have to pace myself but you could do all the resorts in a day if you are quick.

That age is perfect. My school would take my class 4-5 year olds every Friday in the winter. Start him/her up.
