are you off your trolley?

Why? Because I'm not interested in doing what everyone else does? Because I don't blindly follow the other 'sheep'?

you have an opportunity right there on your doorstep. take it before it passes you by. I am getting on now and will ski and ski until I can do no more. February will then become a time for me to pop over to the canaries for some sun. now that is what the sheep do.

That's a fair point. It's just never interested me though.

I'm off to Niseko in Japan on Xmas day... Can't wait. Powder at its best I believe.
Need to find a good sports bar to watch my blue boys .

Ok, got the nod for a long weekend skiing in March......anyone have recommendations?

Travelling from Manchester, must be Europe, no long transfers, ideally not a resort full of Brits.

Cheers

Going to bansko in March, unfortunately it collides with city's champions league game so will need to find s bar......look for horizon festival if Apris skis your thing

Portes du Soleil or Les Carroz are both within forty five minutes of Geneva

Telemark's the only way to ski. Free those heels!
This!

And get off those slopes and into the open country. What's the point of taking a 3 hour flight to the mountains to stand in a queue half the day.
Must be trolling. No sane person enjoys cross country skiing, it is a waste of good snow, even worse than ski touring

It's not so bad, gets you into some great country, works the legs and lungs, so that when you get a good powder day you've got some endurance
