I voted our gaffer, but my head says Pulis. That bindipper did alright, but not fantastic.

Don't know why people get so upset about this. Same with the POTY awards, it's not about who's the best, it's about who's surpassed expectation the most. Pellegrini was expecting to win the league, and he's done it. Rodgers was expected to "try and scrape 4th" but he's got 2nd or 1st.
Look at the team of the year for example... Most of those players are not the best in their position, they're just the surprise packages (save for the obvious ones like Komps, Yaya, Hazard, Suarez, and Zab etc.) No one can tell me they would pick Lallana over Silva in a league dream team and keep a serious face.

I reckon 25% of Pulis's 28% are an anti-Manuel vote! If they are voting MotS for keeping a team up then they should split the vote between Pulis and Poyet. How do you OBJECTIVELY separate those two?

Because the media is run by rags, and Mourinho is their love interest. There is definitely bias towards those two, no question. But in this instance, I'm sure it's not a case of "lets not let city win". Rodgers has been fucking annoying this title run in, no doubt about it, but his surpassing of expectation is undeniable. Does he deserve Manager Of The Year accolade? Perhaps. Is Pellegrini a better manager than him? 100%!
