Purslow "Chelsea's performance in the League is as good as it gets"

Really? 3 losses in the last 4 is as good as it gets?

Clown.
That doesn't affect revenue though. In revenue terms, how much is generated between 3rd/4th and 1st is pretty negligible.

It amazes me in these discussions that no-one ever asks the obvious question: "How are those clubs not in the Champions League when these rules come into effect ever going to afford to compete with those already in it ?"

This Buik guy is talking bollocks say by 2016 there will be European champs league of 24 with 6 teams from England with the premier being reduced to 16

I agree they don't give a toss ones from arsenal the other Liverpool

This guy says he hopes by 2021 that football will have recovered its soul, he should have said football lost it's soul when sky bought for united?

Might be me, but I think Purslow has been talking a lot of sense.

perfectly summed up my feelings...

to allow debt but not a speculative approach is actually a stroke of genius devised by the elite - but the word 'fair' in these rules means 'irony' needs a new definition!
