Personally I don't think they will ban a 'Big Team' from the competition's, I reckon they would probably ban a Moldovan team or something just to show they are enforcing the rule.

to allow debt but not a speculative approach is actually a stroke of genius devised by the elite - but the word 'fair' in these rules means 'irony' needs a new definition!
