Sky Sports 'Pundits Predictions'

Charlie nicholas - worst buy - aguero - overpriced!!!

Hellooooooo
Jordan henderson for 20 mil
Stewart downing for 20 mil
Phil jones for about 20 mil
And your famous arsenal have signed Joel Campbell
What the fuck charlie, i think you must have been sniffing your name sake.

Nicholas is normally pretty fair about City, but to suggest that Aguero is the worst signing of the summer is ridiculous.

Yet if we're not top of the league every single weekend between now and May, we'll be dubbed 'failures', 'expensive flops' etc etc etc

It all starts tomorrow when it'll be all over the internet that after the opening day of the PL, City have yet to score a goal or pick up a point.

If we win every trophy then it's no less than we should apparently expect and we'll still be shit for not winning every game 10-0.

Arsed.

This time last year 9/10 pundits predicted Yaya would be the flop of the season, as it happened he ended up being the man who ended the 35 year drought.

-- Sat Aug 13, 2011 12:43 am --

The quick wit!

BBC have done the same - 30 pundits.

On average we are 2nd.

1st - 2
2nd - 19
3rd - 7
4th - 1

Ian Cheeseman and Dan Roan say we will win. The rags down to win for everyone else except one deluded guy predicting L/pool

What's Le Tiss been drinking?

Thinks Bobby will be 1st Manager to go, yet thinks Kun will be a big hit.

Saw that, personally, i think steve kean will be first to go

Yes overall
very interesting and pretty fair poll methinks.

Is Merson still on the coke. Third: Man City (but lower if Tevez goes). As for Phil Thompson typical scouser. Im suprised he didnt think they would come first, like most scousers do every year regardless of what team they have. Charlie Nicholas you should stop being a pundit altogether if you think Sergio is a bad buy and De Gea a good one.
