Sleep

CBD is worth trying, try reading a book until your nodding or using the alphabet to try and name city players ie, A =Aguero B=Bell etc and if you get to Zab then your still awake!!

What meds you on for it?
My RLS drives me round the bend some days.
I'm on Ropinirole and Gabapentin...(and weed...it helps) The Ropinirole works well, but you soon gain a tolerance to them and have to increase the dose. The max dose is 4 mg per night...when you gain a tolerance to that, the RLS gets worse. Dead hard to come off, too.

You need less as you get older I’ve found, I’ve always been ok with 6 hours or so and can function fine but I do normally sleep like a log tbh.
Stay of the screens and read instead mate, it’ll work wonders I swear.
I used to sleep like a log as well. But I found it very uncomfortable in the fireplace and decided to sleep in a bed instead. It's much better.

To somapop. Maybe you need less sleep as you get older?. You mention waking naturally at 5 am and then tossing until 7 am when you get up. How about getting up at 5 am and going running instead? Then have breakfast afterwards? You can still train again later in the day. Plus in the next couple if months it will be light in the morning. The extra daylight and getting up and being active earlier will tire you out and you will sleep better?

I've taken diazepam and zopiclone in the past put I swear by these. Take one and you'll be asleep within 30 mins and will get at least 6-8 hours.

No side effects the next day like grogginess either.

I’ll suffer in silence then.
Had enough trouble getting off tramadol for a lifetime.
