Slow cooker advice please

I love my slow cooker. I use it at least once a week at this time of year. Mine was only really cheap and I can't use the inner pot in the oven or on the hob but it's easy enough to brown meat before throwing it in.

Thought it was gonna be a thread about an home economics class in a special needs school...

or men in the kitchen? lol

Oi !!! I do all the cooking in our house and have done for the last 20+ years.

I'm taking one off our kid for my new home. Any recipe ideas? Beyond diced veg, oxo and cheap meat I'm struggling to think but really wanna utilise it.
Appreciate any suggestions. Oh, its just for me as well, no multiple servings.

I do chilli in ours quite a bit using brisket.
Did mutton hot pot at the weekend and put the filling in the slow cooker most of the day before putting the potatoes on and sticking in the oven.
But you can put any stew or casserole recipe you can find in them.

If you are on your todd probably best make more and freeze some as they aren't that good with small portions as they can dry out

I love my slow cookers i have a couple of different size ones . They make the best stews.
