French are deploying an extra 65k Police this weekend out of a total of around 220k. Hope it doesn't happen here our total is only 120k and falling lol

The last time the French protested about fuel in the late 90s, the protests spread over here (hence why all the supermarkets have reduced the prices) and near enough brought the country to its knees given how few refineries we’ve got.

If they do it again then they will - if you think 3 shifts in a working day then to simplify there would be only 40k cops on duty at any one time. No reserves unless you scrap the shifts and accept at some stage you face hours with little or no Police on the streets.
