Nothing to do with the club. Manchester City council have a policy that there is no smoking in any of their buildings or sites. The stadium and surrounding area is therefore deemed a non smoking area. It’s unenforceable but no one should be smoking until they are on the Ashton Road (never know if it’s the Old or New one lol), Alan Turing Way or down at the fire station area.

As I said pretentious rules now it’s pretentious rules made by authoritarian twats. All part of the global agenda to control the masses and ensure they comply.

I don't think that people should be able to smoke in enclosed spaces or close to people who don't smoke, but they could have a lepers corner it's not that hard.

One of the main reasons this smoking cessation came in is because the NHS and other medical science bodies says it kills you (Not arguing that) but now they are telling us that it's fast food that's killing us (Hell it could be both) but why haven't they stopped feeding fast food addicts fast food in the stadium?

The smoking bans didn't come into effect because it made peoples hair smell a bit :)

It's a disgusting habit. But those that partake of it in the toilets in the stadium don't seem to give a fuck about those who don't smoke. Which is a shame, but what can you do? The club don't seem to want to make a concerted effort to clamp down on it.

Cigarette sales are not allowed inside clubs due to 'health' reasons ,but you can buy all manner of toxic food and drink .....the number of ambulances careering around the streets now is indicative of something ...

If the number of people smoking has so dramatically reduced in recent years why are so many players spectators general public Inc young people collapsing with heart problems ??

Maybe we should concentrate on reality ,instead of complaining of being exposed to cigarette smoke,for 2 minutes ,every two weeks, at home games. Such a deadly dangerous 2 mins,FFS...oh my clothes smell of smoke when I get home..,after sinking 6 pints and calling at KFC on the way home.
Start taking gas masks to home games,or get out your COVID masks once more if it bothers you that much.

Khan brought the congestion zone and ulez into London - basically the air quality is bad and being ruined by the nasty people in cars - but if you pay £12.50 or more the ill people can of London can suffer or die.

I Was not jesting mate...air quality in Mcr is poor, and at levels previously attained when the chimneys were smoking and all the stonework was black...( oh and back when everyone and their dog were on the cigs..!

All cells metabolise simple sugars, not sugar per se. Not sure what you mean by sugar makes cancer cells mutate. High levels of simple sugars, like glucose, can increase damage to nucleic acids like DNA but cancer cells have already mutated.
