Are you joking? How?

We weren't blaming refs at the start of the season as we were performing well. Now we aren't we blame refs? I dont think we can blame him tonight tbh.

the official decisions will decide who wins the league,
Nothing to do with our very poor passing tonight, or our 70+ missed chances in all other games we've lost points in... It is NOT just down to the officials! We, City, are to blame also! Just as much, if not more. In fact, yes, more, a lot more!

Can any genuine blue really say that Walton is not a cheat?

Forget whether there is an agenda against us or not.

Just tell me that Walton is NOT a cheat, if you can.

Two, possibly three penalty shouts for us.
Lescott and Kompany booked for 1st fouls.
Several committed by Drenthe - no booking UNTIL he lunges at Micah in a RED card 'tackle', for which he gets....a yellow card.
Lots of fouls committed by Everton players, all over the pitch - NOTHING given.
A City player goes anywhere near an Everton player - foul to Everton.

Look at the history of this referee when officiating City games, ESPECIALLY against Everton.

He is the ONLY referee that there is absolutely NO DOUBT about being a cheat. We have had plenty of disgraceful officials this season but this man is an out and out cheat.

City have to complain about this rogue.

I thought the ref was poor tonight and one or two things didnt go our way that could have but the reason we lost to Everton was because we played badly.

It was down mostly to a lucky deflection. Hart would have saved the shot but for Barry's deflection. We lost tonight because we have a few players who don't like a battle against the parked bus team. Everton didn't deserve their win, but we did absolutely f**k all to deserve a point or three. It wouldn't be so bad if we hadn't matched their work rate, we mostly did, but we created bugger all, and have 3 or 4 players, who when it gets tough, are just not up to it, and its the same few every time for me.

Walton cannot be blamed, it wasn't a free kick before they scored (on replay), and it wasn't a penalty. He's still a shite, weak, referee. Drenthe should have got red for his tack.... err assault on Micah. The thing is we have shite refs every week, but our 2 CB's got needless stupid bookings tonight.

Blame is for the weak. Champions take anything and everything anyone can throw at them, rise above it, move on and win!

I think the point that is being made is these weren't needless nor stupid & nor were they bookings. 2 Centre halves who, from then on, have to watch every move they make in case a cheating **** decides they moved the wrong way.

watch the game then come back to me.

Tbf de Niro I know you are a massive blue, but don't patronise. I was there tonight, and have been at 90% of games this season, so I'm happy with the knowledge I have watched the game.
Maybe some decisions were poor, but had we played well enough, and penetrated their defence enough, we would have won, without the ref. There have been other games where the ref has ruinedbit for us, but tonight we should blame ourselves, before anyone else.

Should we have had a penalty tonight? Should Drenthe have been sent off?

If those two decisions had been called the way I thought they should have been could (note could, not would) the result have been different?

No they were both bookings in any game for me, if other tackles from the other team are not treated the same way that is no excuse for poor tackles from our players, both were needless for me, making them stupid.

It doesn't make walton any better than shite, but that's another story, we weren't good enough tonight, that's the simplicity of it I'm afraid, and I still think we put in as much effort as they did.

I thought we were poor tonight, even though eight or nine things didn't go our way, but the reason we lost to Everton is because Walton is a cheat.
