Excellent SWP,PBs spot-on there aswell, used to speak regularly to their scouts,when I lived up there especially, they have a decent eye mate, wish him good luck.
 
My cousin played upfront in both sheffield academies (different times) up to being about 15 from being about 10. The last one fucked him off cause he just could not get any bulk strength. Not being a harbinger of doom or anything but he did not take it very well and was a total scrote for a few years after.

Good luck to your lad though.
 
Good luck to you but make sure it doesn't turn his head. Make sure he still takes his school work seriously.

There are thousands of lads who were told they were the next XXXXX (insert your own hero) at the age of 10, stopped studying and at 16 found they were on the scrap heap and virtually unemployable.

Think i need to work on my tact, this is what i meant to say.
 
Blackburn Rovers have one of the best Academy set ups in the region.

My mate's lad got an invite there for a while (was also at City in his youth... and even scored for Bury resreves last season against City!) and so your nephew's done very well to get in there.

Best of luck to him, but tell him to enjoy it rather than worry about it.
