Forced into it? I cannot imagine how. That's why I'm not a crim though... if they were dozy enough to believe the spiel the dealers fed to them that they would get away with it then they're going learn the very hard way.

On my life I know a lad who was offered enough to buy a brand new BMW if he went to Jamaica and enjoyed an all-inclusive holiday on the premise he brought back a package. My mate sniffs just like most young lads do and one of his dealers literally asked him outright as my mate commented on his BMW. Somebody with fewer braincells or simply hard-up may do it, there's good reason why Banged up abroad has been running for the best part of a decade, the mules always say the same shit too. They were approached, easy job for easy money and done many times, if it was so easy you would not be approached and it's as simple as that.

to be fair, the only thing i've read on this is the press release on page 1 of this thread.
But lots of people are forced into this kind of shit in some very dodgy ways.

She's have earned more cash from this and not be spending 20 years in jail, silly split arse.

Unfortunately for them they've been caught red handed , and they could go down for a long time if convicted .... although any jail time wouldn't necessarily be spent in Peru itself , i'm led to believe.
It's gonna be tough for them to talk their way out of this one , very tough indeed.

An old mate of mine got caught in Columbia smuggling Charlie and is now inside for a very long time. He'd done it a few times before he got caught but everyone always claims its their first time.
Stupid girls got tempted in Ibiza by the easy money, no doubt. But youre pretty much playing Russian roulette with that game. I feel sorry for them and their families because everyone's been stupid in their own way at times.
