So who do we want in the semi?

anyone know when the exact date will be released for the games? along with allocation/pricing for the away leg

Just got released, we got Wednesdays for both games ... which games do we have afterwards? I believe we get wed Saturday's and they've favoured Liverpool so they get an extra days rest before their league games ... what's new?

"Dates and kick-off times for the Capital One Cup Semi-Finals have been confirmed.

After progressing from the Quarter-Finals, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City and Stoke City all found out their last-four opponents in Wednesday night's draw.

The Semi-Final action will begin on Tuesday 5th January 2016, when Stoke City face Liverpool at the Britannia Stadium, in an 8pm kick-off. Twenty-four hours later, Everton will host Manchester City in the first of their two meetings.

The second legs will take place three weeks later, on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th January - with both games getting under way at 7:45pm."

So first legs are both at 8:00pm and second legs at 7:45pm ... and what happened to if you play first leg on Tuesday then next leg you reverse and get Wednesday? Oh, wait ... sorry stupid question!
 
Can't see a problem with this we're the late game on both Saturdays before the semi's, they're early. FA Cup the weekends after.

However we'll probably get the Friday nights in the FA cup, away at Exeter then Bournemouth.
 
We play Watford on the 2nd. Playing on the Wednesday is exactly the same as playing on Tuesday, the teams that play Tuesday get a day less rest from the previous game, the the Wednesday teams get a day less for the upcoming game that weekend. lets not turn it into another tin foil hat agenda based conspiracy theory.

Don't see liverpools high pressing style being suited to the massive Wembley pitch if we end up playing them!

Everton play on Sunday 3rd Jan and also on Sunday 24th Jan so no real surprise that both legs are on the Wednesday.

Just hope the weathers ok for both matches .

I remember the Manchester derby being postponed because of snow in 2010 .
 
Nothing wrong with what Klopp said in his interview , his team had recently given us a lesson , its the likes of Skirtel commenting he wished he could play city every week and clyne saying they should have scored seven , to make themselves popular with their equally deluded supporters. As we know the disrespectful comments from these two clowns will always come and bite them in the backside , you will not find city players making comments like these , we have class , something the dippers do not have and never will have. If i was a kopite gobshite i wouldnt be discarding those candles and wreaths just yet.
 
Bit too clever and cocky for my liking,but it's on a par with the rags in that respect,suits their fans as well,hence the reason their both despised by a lot of other fans in this country
 
He's laughing about how easy it was but also about how fortunate his guess of how we were going to play came off. He set his team up one way on the off chance we played a two-man centre mid and we went and did it. I don't think he's being too disrespectful there...even if he was, so what? It's good for the game to have people giving shit to other teams, how boring are footballers and football managers normally?
