He played 12 league games WHEN HE WASN'T INJURED

He came out a couple of weeks ago and said he wanted to leave due to lack of first team football....

Taken from Chelsea's website

"Once again, his form has been impeccable, although injuries robbed him of much of the first half of the season. Knee and then hamstring trouble limited to just a handful of appearances, and after returning fit and raring to go in the New Year, he limped off again with a hamstring injury against Ipswich.

Since then there have been just four appearances for Carvalho, with further setbacks ruling him out of most games, including the FA and Champions League semi-finals. He will be hoping he can still play a part in the final few weeks of the campaign"

Meaning the two games that were left after the Champions League semi final! So you are basing your argument on the final two games of the season?

Yes.

Re: Some more info...................

Carvalho is a great player when he is fit, which is my main concern as he has had alot of injuries over the past couple of years, much the same as RSC.

Terry and Carvalho are both great players and they both have their injury problems which is why I'd be a bit pessimistic if actually got either of them.

Yes.

Bloody hell. He was only fit for one of them so because he wasn't picked for one game when he had been injured for months Terry is a better defender?

Yes.

Lets agree to disagree, 'cause this is going nowhere. I believe Terry as one of the best centre backs in the world.

O.K. I would however research your arguments in the future if I were you as basing a statement that "Terry gets in the Chelsea team and Carvalho doesn't" based on one game and one of the players being injured for months is a pretty shit argument and a really really flawed example.
