Awful news. Deepest sympathies to the Sibierski family. Sadly, I know from my own experience that the thought that it might have been preventable in some way will hit them even harder.

I never knew she was found hanged, so it must have been suicide. Thats very sad.

The BBC teletext are now saying she hung herself!

A death so young over something that appears so trivial is truly tragic.
