I know everyone loves him and thinks he’s a top guy etc but I have a real irrational dislike of him. Just think he’s a bit of a plum. A bit of a smacked arse sort of guy but masks it well.

Yeah, that guy the Rags had spoiled it. And I didn't join the majority when Gomez had his ankle busted.

His first goal today was quality, second wasn’t bad either. Would love him at City, seems like a nice guy too so he’d fit in. No chance of it happening considering his age.

He wouldn’t fit into this team, I don’t think. Watch him on the odd occasions Spuds play teams who defend like they do against us and he never gets a kick. He needs wide open spaces to run into and you rarely get that playing for city. That being said, he’d likely be very useful in the last 20 minutes of tight games, with a narrow lead, or in some of the latter stages of the CL.

Absolutely insane that this guy is still at Spurs. He's levels and levels above everyone else at that club.

He does this every season. Goes missing for large spells then scores a hattrick against a struggling side, a goal against Arsenal and a goal against City and everyone pretends he’s the “best in the league”.

Like Sterling, he goes through many slumps but always ends the season with good numbers. Sterling has some of the most consistent numbers around and I think he’s a great player for that reason. But throughout seasons he’s always been inconsistent, like Son.
Consistently inconsistent? Inconsistently consistent?

He’s a fantastic player but nowhere near the best in the league nor near whatever his valuation will be. Kane is far more consistent as he contributes more throughout even when he doesn’t score, and he usually does.

Son is a better player than Kane, IMO. And I’m not a Kane hater - I was one of the ones that wanted him to come to City.
