Son Heung-Min

His contract is until 2025 he'll be 33 by the time it expires and they don't need to sell him, he'd need to request a move and there's sadly not been too much ambition from him to leave them in order further his career, which is a shame because he's much better than Spuds he could've done much better in his career and I was honestly very surprised when Real Madrid never came knocking after they sold Cristiano, mainly as Son would've been a perfect fit for them in my view not just on the field but commercially too Real's first Asian or at least first high profile Asian player they defo missed a trick... I'd personally have loved him here to replace Leroy Sane years ago when he left us too but he's definitely too old for us to sign now.

He's wasted his career by staying at Spuds probably due to his brilliant humble attitude he'd have been a top player for us had we ever signed him at some point but it's now way too late, he's already 30 years old and there's no way we're signing a 30 year old player for more than £70m+ who's name isn't Neymar, and Son would cost that minimum and that's if we included a swap... I'm not saying we'll ever sign Neymar but if we sign somebody 30+ they'd need to have a Messi/Neymar type profile worldwide for us to break our own rule against signing older players, and Son has neither that kind of profile on a truly global scale or close to their talent levels either even though he's a great player.

His first goal today was quality, second wasn’t bad either. Would love him at City, seems like a nice guy too so he’d fit in. No chance of it happening considering his age.
I know everyone loves him and thinks he’s a top guy etc but I have a real irrational dislike of him. Just think he’s a bit of a plum. A bit of a smacked arse sort of guy but masks it well.

Exactly. Skill, work ethic, personality, intelligence - everything about him screams perfect City player.

A real shame we never went in for him. We must’ve at some point surely?

Wasted his talent at that shite club, even more so than ‘Arry.

Very good player. Good hat trick today. Never liked him after his snidey tackle on Gomes and his fake tears after it.
