Songs you hate with every fibre of your being.

The Whole of the Moon (Waterboys)
Nothing's gonna stop us now (Starship)
Lady in Red (Chris De Burgh)
The Theme from Local Hero (Mark Knopfler)
Bye Bye Miss American fuckin Pie (Don Maclean)

The Macarena - I fucking hate cheerful ‘party type’ songs.
Any time I go to a wedding, party or whatever and shite like that comes on I’m getting my coat.
There are a number of these "wedding " songs that are utter dirge

Build me up buttercup
Band of gold
Alright now
You're the first, the last, my everything
Young hearts run free
You can't hurry love (Phil collins)

All absolute fucking overplayed shite

The family asked about burying him in a suit but the undertaker insisted no jacket was required.

Everything by UB40. A 'singer' with a tired voice that grates on my nerves every time I hear them.

Lady in Red. A bloke shouting into a microphone. Dreadful.

In the late 80's and early 90's, I got pissed of with the formula of Stock, Aitkin and Waterman records. Their songs did nothing for me at all, and I detested their work with a passion. I still do.

And a special mention is reserved for Jazz. Tuneless shit.

We were obviously separated at birth. That’s almost biblical.

There is a good chance that I have mentioned this song before on this thread but my dislike of "Africa" by Toto heightens every time I hear it.
In addition, it's very unsound geographically.
AOR at its worst, which is some achievement.
