He's probably about 5th or 6th in charge according to the on going discussion on radio 5.

He doesn't do any "grass" coaching, either in training or during the matches. Others do that for him.

He's not the leader in the dressing room...Ronald, Fernandez and Maguire amongst others are ahead of him there.

It's unknown who picks the team..possibly Ronald or fergie or even the media.

Apparently Ole might have a go at tactics but he does not really understand them.

That's about the gist of it seems.
 
Spurs will embrace the campaign with another spursey performance allowing Ole a squeaky win. Then it's up to Pep, does he keep him going or do we send him packing?
 
Ole needs to add this to his Managerial CV.

Just like United's last few Mangers, the Glazers will going behind Ole's back sounding out other potential Managers who might be intereted in taking over from Ole after he's sacked. Ole knows the dance.
 
The books of old foretold of a baby faced Scandinavian who would go on to do great things in the land of fire and darkness. There would be some amongst his ranks who doubted him, but ultimately his greatest supporters would be amongst the ranks of his enemies, driven by fear of his achievements and respect for his abilities at the wheel.
