They need a good tactically astute manager but I feel they will just try for another big name, Maybe Conte, Bruce or Zidane.

But to get them they will have to commit to a major financial outlay and bring in new players, to do so they need to ship out some of the dross they have now.

And who other than Zidane would want to manage Ronaldo knowing that he believes he is bigger than the club?

Conte would be a disaster I feel like (for United)...he's an excellent manager but doesn't exactly play nice with management.
 
OGS is neither the problem or solution. I read somewhere that he won’t park in the managers car parking spot as it’s for Sir Alex. There’s the issue. Whilst he hangs around like a ghost with a club structure that is outdated.

I admit now that I was wrong to take the piss when Mourinho said finishing second with United was one of his biggest achievements. He won the Europa League and kept their trophy count ticking over. He was right. Conte would be gone in 6 months after upsetting Fergie and the board.
