When you see how much Chelsea's CL success was worth to them financially, it becomes obvious what the very first objective must be. Start performing in Europe.

And I want to add firing the current scouting team who are responsible for buying players for the first team and hire Newcastle, Porto,Athletico Madrid, Dortmund & Ajax scouting teams.

1. Ensure we have the right man/men going into negotiations for the right players this Summer.
2. Sell the players that aren't of a high enough standard/end the contracts of those who haven't been good enough and haven't played for us for a good while.
3. Address the deficiencies in the squad (ie. not enough creative players, not enough quick players, not enough players who can attack from wide or on the break...).
4. Ensure we have good scouts to find talent at the 18-21 age bracket who can come straight into the squad.
5. Set a Blueprint for how Manchester City Football Club plays, from first team to EDS to Academy to Juniors.
6. It's imperative they find or train the right people/coaches to run the Academy properly.
7. Set-up an Academy capable of bringing through young Mancunian local heroes for the first team.
8. Find the right ways to find talent for the Academy from around the world.
9. Make us the best club in England.
10. Make us up there with the other very top clubs in Europe competing with them for the European Cup.
