Soriano and Begiristain what do we want?

Another thing I will probably add - most executives in a role will last max 5-7 years, some less -

There aim would be to be successful in that time and that success needs to be measurable in some capacity. It's the only way they stay at the top and continue getting top jobs. These guys will be here to make sure they deliver and can walk away when their time comes with their heads held high.

With that in mind, these guys will ensure they get the best out of all their resources and all decisions are based on delivering the success they need for city but also themselves.

They put Barca back on the map and they will aim to put City on the map and recognised across the world -

Jesus Christ. This football manager stuff really fucks me off, you lazy bastard. If there's something you don't agree with, come up with a criticism don't just roll out that tedious bollocks.
Because this is exactly how Dave comes up with his ideas. His posts do not deviate from Mancini out. That's it. That's ALL he does.

And yet you have the temerity to call me a lazy bastard rolling out tedious bollocks? Read Daves posts and you will see your critique of me is far more applicable to him.
No one cares son. If the threads too much for you find another.
Fair enough Dave, I'll just go back to supporting the manager and the team. You might want to try it sometime.

Oh no hang on....

I want Soriano to reveal the proposed stadium expansion, casino site leisure destination, and Etihad Campus(surrounding the stadium) to the World, Platini, UEFA, *Gill*, Rummenigge, etc.(United fans)

I want them to either suffer in silence or wail like bitches when they realize where this club is going, and where it will be in the future. :-)

Not that arsed about big name signings, trophies are great but not essential... .

I can categorically assure you that that will be the polar opposite of what city's top brass will want. They, along with a huge revenue increase, will be numbers 1,2 and 3 on their Job description.

Basically get City like Barcelona - a team that is full of word class players, most of which are from the academy. Emphasis on the youth academy though - I want children to grow up playing the 'City way'. Install a culture like how Barca have done with La Masia. It will take years though, but it will be worth it. Maybe one day City could have 11 players who are all academy graduates like Barca did earlier this season.
Moo doesn't play football like Barca is if he comes that's something you won't get. I think Klopp is the more likely choice

I'll see you at Southampton on Saturday then. I'll be having similar conversations to this in the pub before the game.

Thing is, those targets will be easier to attain if we are playin good football. I'm not saying i don't want good players at the club but i'd prefer a good team. (preferably with a few academy graduates in it)

Fixed

I'll look out for you there Dave - If I'm lucky, I won't be able to hear you.

This started promising until it turned once more into a 'Sack the Manager' thread.

I'm getting to the point where I want Mancini to stay just so he p*sses certain posters off, even more than he does now. It'll also mean we're still winning things.

If he does get sacked though, I'll be on the new manager like a tramp on chips if he doesn't win every game or the CL in his first year. Then, I'll blame the board and ask for their head on a plate because my chips were cold, just for the sake of it.

Forza Man City.
