Portsmouth has gone to Tier 3 ... but Southampton seems to be staying in Tier 2 ... so probably 2k fans allowed I guess ... not sure though, just googled and can't find much, except that Southampton official site has details for ballot for their fans for City game, which is time stamped about 4 hours ago ... so unless anything has changed in last 4 hours and they haven't yet updated that ...

Can’t see anything but a loss here. We are just not creating enough to win a game and I don’t see how we can change it with the way Pep has us set up this season.

We created half a dozen chances on Tuesday,only an inspired goalkeeping performance and the width of the post prevented us winning by a margin.
