If PF is brought on I would hope it would be for Rodders.
 
Gabby is not fit. We don't know how long Agüero can stay fit. Sterling and mahrez are having dip in form. End this season already.
 
Maybe our low expectations can actual make us watch the game with less agitation.... cause we already know how the whole team will be setup and what the outcome might be

Liverpool just trashed Palace 7-0 away and we can't even score 2 goals in a single game! If we are to get anything from the league this year, it has to start today (mind you it should have started when we played Liverpool at home!)

I really hope we can just win it 1-0. I just hope they dont score first. The defense is solid so we can depend on them, the attack is out problem!

I’m sure we played Bernardo as a double pivot last season and he was excellent.

I wouldn’t be averse to a Gundog / BS double pivot, would provide enough cover and give us a dynamic springboard to the front 4.

I hope they both play an absolute blinder mate. We need to show some urgency and desire and halt the slide. Saints will smell blood if we start fannying about.
 
Have always thought we‘ve looked most threatening when we had a balance of left-footed and right-footed outfield players on the park. It allows us to use both the the width and length of the pitch, and to play facing forward at pace. Today, however, we only have the left-footed Bernardo on the park, five others all on the bench. That imbalance generally means a slow tempo and leads players to be facing each other across an ever narrowing strip; it also makes the opponent’s defensive task considerably easier..
