When we played Wigan a few years back and they beat us at their place (when one of them ran on and kicked off with Aguero) most of their "fans" were in rag and Liverpool shirts walking around the ground

I used to work with someone who knew the **** who spat at Aguero, the “Wigan fan” who did it is actually a Rag.

7 of us took a wrong turn and ended up in the Southampton coach park.
Unfortunately the inevitable happened,totally surrounded and massively outnumbered,
we stood our ground, no runners took a few slaps, 1 bloody nose and a few decked saints. Funny thing about it all was we ended up with a pair of their trainers Nike size 10 and a scabby black top, tried to sell the trainers at Wembley stadium station but no buyers.

I’m a disabled person with mobility problems had a young Wembley assistant push me in a wheelchair though the walkways ,to the Green coach car park
We went though a number of Southampton fans young and old I didn’t feel threatened.but felt very uncomfortable not because they was stearin at me in a wheelchair but you could see there eyes was fixed on my shirt and made me feel uncomfortable,

Too many Southampton fans were being a bit gobby and worse yesterday. Worse still, one made as if to headbutt our 15 year okd as we walked around the stadium to the station. He certainly doesn't need that but he's ok thankfuly, stoically taking it in his stride and walking away from trouble. He shouldn’t have to, though. I'm not certain it was the coward's girlfriend pulling him away or him pulling out. Big lad trying to intimidate a smaller 15 year old. How brave. She gave him what for, to be fair. Then there were two older ones and a very abusive Scouse (!) one dishing it out as we walked past with the usual lies about our support. I spoke to a more reasonable one later but Southampton have a high nobhead coefficient to say the least. Only United and Liverpool have worse. Always preferred Pompey anyway to be fair.

I was shown a post from one of Southamptons forums earlier. The poster, a father apparently, was seeking to justify attacks on kids and families yesterday, because some glory hunter comes to his son’s football training in a City shirt. The man is obviously a verminous prick, and his kid should be taken into care. The bigger issue, is the non stop diet of lies and vitriol in the media about City has brainwashed these people to think that anyone in a city shirt, regardless of age, gender etc. is a legitimate target.

Had a horrible experience in a McDonald’s about 10 miles from Wembley.

Was just my wife, 2 young boys and myself and about 8 stone island wearing Southampton fans came in starting talking about how shit city fans are etc and just being unpleasant.

I did bite back unfortunately and said would you lot take 30k twice a year to old Trafford at £70 a pop and how it was city’s 33rd visit.

Ended up calling my wife fat and telling her to fuck off. Regrettably I didn’t hear them say that until I got back to the car but decided against going back in. Feel bad/guilty about the whole thing tbh. Ruined a lovely day

Very very sorry and sad to hear you and your Mrs had to put up with that. As I said earlier, these no-mark clubs always come up with a bunch of trogladyte arseholes trying to look big. Onwards and upwards brother - Chelsea in the final and hopefully a treble thereafter. I hope that you can take your family to the final so that you put this experience to bed.

So sad to read that but sadly not surprised.. One made to headbutt my son and we got a load of abuse from some others. Utter scum.
