Again that should really favour us then, no?

As for the FA cup shocks on bad pitches, you should never see the mud baths of the 70's in the prem league, we should never go full Klopp and blame the weather for any of our shortcomings

play well & win all is well & fully back on track whilst kicking Utd in the balls.

Lose or draw then big pressure on the team for the next few fixtures which will also push the rags on

Having seen Southampton a few times this season it does surprise me to see them down in 14th, certainly don’t envisage seeing them in a relegation battle. Dangerous side, would help if Ings is out and certainly expect a reaction from us tonight, expect at the very least to be five changes to the XI that started on Sunday.
 
might be a blessing in disguise, wind diverting sn unforced error to a City player instead of sn oppo player, Kev "mom" in that case. Unforced errors have dogged us, on and off, for years, and defy explanation, and is responsible for teams snatching a draw/win with the dreaded one chance-one goal....seems impossible to eradcate,even with Pep's experience/skill...A supreme poacher would alleviate matters, our resident ace seems on the verge of departing , sadly , and his like come along rarely.
So, in a gale, on a soggy pitch, Raz's scuffs hit the net, Gabriel's chips actually roll into the corner of the goal, Ffs's crosses hit a city player and fool everyone as it flahes past the 'keeper.....3-2 to City.

I agree with the back three, only I would play KDB. He has to get his form back for the run in and the cups. I would play him instead of Fernandinho
