We need to be careful not to concede free kicks around the box. Even Diaz and Stonesy cant keep out worldies. Won't be easy but hopefully we'll get control the game and win by a couple of goals. I reckon 3-1 to us.

Hopefully see a big reaction to Sunday and a few players given the opportunity to put the record straight. I think Jesus needs to start as well otherwise that performance on Sunday will weigh heavy on his shoulders.
 
Good chance to get back on the bike for our lads tonight, very winnable but also a potential banana skin if we’re not quite at it, will also show if recent matches are a blip or something more, it has felt like we’re going through the motions a little, maybe too many home games/or just games in quick succession? A little trip to Hungary will sort that out. Phil & Bernie will definitely start (which should appease many) Mahrez & Kev could do with a rest, Stones will deffo get one, not a fan of starting Sergio as his fitness isn’t quite there yet but a good 30 min cameo would be good, we’ve got to start the game with intent

Swap KDB for Gundogan and Laporte for Stones and you'd have the Bluemoon booboys XI almost perfectly.

Although I reckon people would be excited about Ederson.
 
Foden and bernie must start. I'd even give dias a rest and use stones and laporte. Sterling shouldn't be even on the bench as he's had more misses than richard burton. One thing I would do if we concede a free kick outside the box, put a man on each post. Ward prowess is that accurate that if we had no wall he would then have to blast through a sea of bodies. I think there is a better chance of him scoring if he is given something specific to aim at like the top corner which he is one at the best in Europe at finding

Ed; Walker, Stones, Dias, Cancelo; Phil, Fern, Bernie; Mahrez, KDB, Sterling. Tough on Zinky and Gundogen and if they start it will be fine by me

I'd quite like to see Mendy to be honest. We haven't actually seen him since the entire squad was playing like shit, and I just have this nagging feeling that a covid outbreak could wipe out 1/3 of the squad through close contact isolation for an important game and I want everyone to be match fit if possible.

Plus you can't sell/loan him if no one has seen him for 9 months.
