It's a shame there are a few Scousers cheering on Spain over their own country on this thread, but that's what Scousers do. They hate England!!

I feel like England have had some bad luck in the past. Maradona handball, multiple penalty shootout heart breaks, Gazza inches away Euro 96, Waddle inside of the post Italia 90, Sol Campbell 2 disallowed goals one in 98 and Euro 2000 V Portugal for no reason. Fat Frank no goal even though its two yards over the line. Even that whining fat wanker Koeman complaining when he had the refs and linos winking to him when we got screwed over for USA 94 qualification.

We have played mediocre and now in a final. Got a penalty that we wouldn't have done in the past. Won a shootout with ease which never happens. Hopefully this is pointing to some sort of change? I hope so.

I hope we can do it and see some tears on RAWK
They are a very disturbed bunch….
“Please Spain please win. I couldn’t take it. Can you imagine every little English club away ground singing the national anthem and shouting champions of Europe back at us because they know where our loyalty lies. I understand we have some loons who support them but think about the likes of Kane, Walker, Foden and Pickford, yes all those horrid individuals being an international European champion.”

Is this sta my right? Since 2001 Spanish teams have played 22 finals in world cups, euros, champions league and europa and won all 22? Can’t be right?

Interesting stat

I can't think off the top of my head a Spanish team losing a final to a non-spanish team anytime recently, so it could be true

Who will be tuning in at 7.59 like me?

No chance I could sit through over an hour of pundits going over shite to drag it out until kick off.
Same. Watching Gran Torino at the moment (the Clint film, not the computer game spin off). Infinitely more entertaining than Shearer, Micah, Rio, Aluko, Keane etc etc.

Same ref as we had at Madrid away. Was a bit pissed on sangria but from what I recall was very good, apart from letting Bellend get away with too much
