We all joke from time to time but this is a serious issue and his behaviours in the past, at the presentation and since along with those who have tried to defend him have been reprehensible.

He has no shame, his supporters have no shame and his removal can’t come quick enough.

All I’m saying is it’s a bit OTT but he should be sacked from his €215k a year job, I wouldn’t have thought trying to take this through the courts would end up satisfactory as it would be expensive and he’d have a reasonable chance of beating sexual harassment charges. The fact this is so public would make it difficult to select a jury who would be impartial and his lawyers would argue that. He should apologise unreservedly and sacked, I think that would send a clear message about this type of behaviour.

Spot on!! Although things have improved there is still a long way to go. While we have attitudes that think this is acceptable....and I've seen some on here....it shows there is still a lot of work to do. This is especially true in the workplace, where this took place. Obviously the majority of workplaces aren't in the full glare of the media like this but that doesn't make it any less serious. Most women are expected to just put up with it as it's "Just a bit of fun" If they don't they are deemed a miserable cow or worse. As a result many just grin through gritted teeth and bear it. They know if they cause a fuss their lives won't be worth living. No matter how much legislation is put in place and the personnel department say they won't tolerate such behaviour the reality is often very different.

As for this cretin the whole of Spanish football should just refuse to play until he's gone. They have a great opportunity to make a stand here they need to take it.
