It can be an arduous process - often taking 10-15 mins to pass a lorry or two.If you're travelling at 70 and there are HGV's in the first and second lanes travelling at 50mph, you'll be past them very quickly and able to move from the overtaking lane
So the fact you hog the overtaking lane is against the Highway Code
