It should be moved to a safer location.
Istanbul didn't apply to host the final on the basis a few thousand would rock up. They'd be more than happy to miss out this season and have the opportunity to host it under more normal circumstances.

There was no Covid 2 years ago. The government will not want 8000 nationals travelling to a Covid hotspot and they could also insist that players and club staff quarantine on the way back if fans are banned. That would put unprecedented pressure on UEFA to think again.Anyone who thinks UEFA will change this to England needs to give their head a wobble.
It wasnt even 2 years ago UEFA made 2500 (yes thats all that could travel) Arsenal and Chelsea fans to fucking Baku in the arse end of Azerbaijan. Not a chance this is getting moved. Ther eis also the slight issue that Wembley is booked out for the Playoffs that weekend.
