So you have 25k tickets.
4K City and 4K Chelsea.
so they move it to the UK that means 17k uefa neutrals will travel from Turkey and various European countries to Cardiff, Glasgow or that dump down the road.
The Turkish local tickets are already sold.
Not a chance in hell it will be moved as non vaccinated neutrals will not be able to come to the UK without isolating in the UK for 10 days

They should have smelt the coffee in January when the UK was smashing vaccines whilst the rest of Europe hesitated. There's undoubtedly going to be more people catching the virus in Turkey than there would be in England, and UEFA will have (even more) blood on their hands.

I agree and I was wrong with that information , but they could still have done the ballot without taking the money till the last few days before the game.Can’t see they did a ballot before knowing if anyone was allowed in.
But I reckon there will be more neutrals than fans of either club at the game.

You are totally correct in your post but I suspect it’s uefa’s way of saying we are in control of European competition’s after the ESL debacle.If Chelsea and City get to the CL final, it’s utterly ludicrous not to stage it at Wembley, it’s a mix of stubborn pig headedness and rank stupidity, especially when you factor in the covid situation in Turkey and England ....

Some of these have found their way on the the usual touting sites. Found 74 tickets starting at a cool £2500.I agree and I was wrong with that information , but they could still have done the ballot without taking the money till the last few days before the game.
But I reckon there will be more neutrals than fans of either club at the game.
