It was always going to be this way. And if we lose, they'll focus on the positive tactics from Amorim that the rags can take heart in - having more resources at his disposal when he goes to the swamp.

The majority of people don't have a clue about him or his tactics, so this is a lovely way to hype up the game and pretend it has any relevance to the rags.

Would be lovely to give them an absolute battering. If Bernardo's on the pitch from the start there's a good chance of that.

The scum players wont have a clue about his tactics either,they struggled with Haags tactics for 18 months so adapting to Amorim is going to be a joy to behold.

I'm a bit more concerned about this one...I think he's a very good coach and he'll actually manage to do his job there. They've got better people involved in the club at boardroom level now. Ten Hag was clueless and it was brilliant. I think Amorim will handle things a lot better and be supported by better people. Hopefully the pressure of the situation takes its toll but I think, in time (which he hopefully won't get) he would actually turn things around at the circus sadly.

What I mean is that Amorim likes to play the same style as City of sorts, can you imagine the scum playing like City with the players they have? I don't think so. They have been playing Hoof ball counter attack football for years, I cant see them adapting easily if at all.
Playing City style one touch triangle tactics ?.They cant even play out from the back cos they are not technically gifted enough to do so. Teams will just park the bus like they do with us and this will nullify Rashford and Garnacho for a start.

Hope Pep doesn’t persist with Berny,Kovo and Mr Whippy in midfield.

Yes, if there was a big analysis from the squad after the Bournemouth result, this will be an area that has to change.
Pep often surprises us, so let's hope this slow midfield is shaken up.
Definitely need fast wingers (Doku & Sav), so why not give Nunes a more central midfield role ?

Im curious as to why you think this, it is exactly the same situation as ten haag was in, hes done well in a second tier league, has got alot of hype surrounding him, supposed to be the next big thing, there is nothing to suggest he is going to be any different and this is why i dont get it, everything the press is saying about him they said about ten haag.

The Centurions lost vs Wigan.

Sporting are probably better than Bournemouth, let alone Wolves and Southampton, teams we struggled with. A loss in Lisbon is not likely, but it's far from impossible.

But would you have assumed we'd have lost any of those games ahead of time?

I also never said it was impossible; but I can't get on board with anyone having it down as a defeat, let alone 23% of those who've voted.
