When you’re 5-0 up it’s important & interesting for the fans - for the up & coming kids to get a chance. This will affect our game but if Pep hasn’t given them a chance & we’d won the game - there would be the moaners complaining that we should have used the game to blood youngsters !!! Can’t win.Right I think we can put it all down to number 5 and 6. You've made an admirable effort to input some positivity into tonight's game and I think we can all agree that indeed 2,3,4 and 7 were positives. It's great to see some youngsters blooded. I don't see how any of that made the game any less boring though. It was a snooze fest whatever way you want to paint it.
As for coping in the 90,'s I coped in the 60s, 70s 80's and 90's thanks. I even survived the Pearce era of I think it was eight goals at home all season. So you have my CV and I stuck with them well before the good times returned. None of this made tonight's game any less boring but I'm glad you enjoyed it.
